Terms & Conditions

Important policies and guidelines for your visit to Amari Head Spa.

Welcome to Amari Head Spa. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Cancellation

  • 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment price.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge when done with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival & Timing

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time. Full payment will still be required.
  • If you are running late, please call us on 07442 397456.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
  • We recommend avoiding heavy meals immediately before your treatment.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and cash.
  • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment. Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.

Health & Safety

  • Inform us of allergies or health conditions before your treatment.
  • Patch tests may be required for certain treatments.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may be harmful.
  • Treatments are not suitable for clients with active scalp infections, open wounds, severe sunburn or certain medical conditions.
  • If you are pregnant or nursing, please inform us at booking.
  • All equipment is sanitised between clients.

Your Experience

  • All treatments include a rough dry (towel and gentle blow dry).
  • We offer vegan and hypoallergenic product options.
  • Your privacy and comfort are our priority.
  • We welcome feedback about your experience.
  • Photography is permitted with prior permission and consideration for other clients.
